For over two decades, we have been dedicated to nurturing creative talent, promoting established artists, and engaging audiences with captivating museum-quality exhibitions. As we move into 2022-2023, our focus is on accelerating the growth of exceptional artists and commissioning innovative projects that will leave a lasting impact.
Our Journey
In May 2003, Art Gallery Line was born as Elite Gallery, nestled within the Hotel Marriott on Rustaveli Avenue. Our early initiatives, such as Winds of Caucasus, aimed to connect the art scenes of Caucasian countries like Azerbaijan and Armenia.
In 2006, we relocated our main exhibition hall to the historic Manatshev Building at 7 Bambis Rigi Street in the heart of Old Tbilisi. This move ushered in a new era, positioning Art Gallery Line as a leading force in the Georgian art scene.
That same year, Ketevan Paitchadze expanded our reach with the opening of Art Gallery Line in Tbilisi Airport. This groundbreaking venture facilitated cultural exchange and put Georgian art on the global stage, welcoming international visitors to Georgia.
In 2008, Art Gallery Line proudly partnered with and hosted the Hope Box project. Continuing our commitment to the development and popularization of contemporary Georgian art, we launched Mixxer in 2018, a platform for young artists to showcase their work and express their vision.
Join us on this exciting artistic journey as we continue to foster creativity, inspire our community, and champion the very best of Georgian contemporary art.
